Frequently asked questions

  • My device locks itself after some time - how can I stop it from doing so?
  • Please activate the ‘AutoCat’ mode of Maneki Neko by using the switch in the main menu - this will prevent your device from locking itself.

  • I can’t hear sounds, even with my volume turned on.
  • Please make sure, you’ve enabled Sounds under Settings -> General

  • I can hear music and ambient sounds, but I can’t hear the cat. (iPhone)
  • Please check, if you have muted your ring tones. If so, please activate them, while using Maneki Neko. If you are using Maneki Neko in the ‘AutoCat’ mode, the cat won’t make any sounds by default.

  • I have problems using Maneki Neko or suggestions for further versions - how can I contact support?
